Terms and Conditions for F.U.T.U. PROJECT

Introduction

Welcome to the Zick preset store. These terms and conditions govern the use of our platform by selected editors from the community for the creation, distribution, and sale of presets. By participating in this project, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Definitions

- Editor: Zick's community member selected to create presets.

- Presets: Configuration files used in video editing software to apply effects and presets.

- Platform: Zick's online store, accessible from our website.

- User: Any person accessing and using the platform to download or purchase presets.

Editor's Selection

1. Editors will be selected by Zick's team based on their skill, creativity, and contribution to the community.

2. Participation is voluntary, and editors may withdraw from the project at any time by notifying the Zick's team.

3. Selected editors will be added to a private group on Telegram where they will be able to interact and collaborate with other participating editors.

Creating and Uploading Presets

1. Editors shall ensure that the presets uploaded to the platform are original and do not infringe third-party copyrights.

2. Each preset shall include a detailed description, instructions for use, and visual examples.

3. Presets may be offered for free or sold at a price set by the editor and approved by Zick.

4. Each editor shall create and upload a minimum of three (3) free presets during their participation in the project. This requirement is intended to provide a sample of the editor's work to users and to encourage interest in their paid products.

5. Editors shall provide two (2) free presets for every one (1) paid preset that is verified. This ensures a balance between free and paid content available to users.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

1. Editors retain copyright over the presets they create.

2. By uploading a preset to the platform, editors grant Zick's a non-exclusive license to distribute, promote, and sell the preset.

3. Editors may share the presets on their own channels and platforms freely, acting as they normally would. Participation in the FUTU platform does not restrict editors' ability to distribute their content independently.

Payments and Commissions

1. Payments for preset sales will be made through the methods established by Zick.

2. Zick's store will retain a 3% commission on each sale to cover the costs of operation and maintenance of the platform, allowing the editor to earn 97% of the profits.

3. Editors will receive their payouts whenever they request them, provided they have reached the minimum withdrawal threshold set.

Responsibilities of the Editor

1. Guarantee the quality and functionality of the presets uploaded to the platform.

2. Provide support to users in case of problems or queries related to presets.

3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the creation and sale of digital content.

Responsibilities of Zick

1. Promote the presets on the platform and through Zick's communication channels.

2. Provide a secure and efficient system for the distribution and sale of presets.

3. Offer technical support to editors in case of problems with the platform.

Termination

1. Zick reserves the right to remove any preset or editor from the platform that violates these terms and conditions.

2. Editors may request termination of their participation at any time but must fulfill any outstanding obligations prior to termination.

Modifications

Zick reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Editors will be notified of any changes and their continued participation in the project will imply acceptance of the new terms.

By participating in this project, the editors accept and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth. These terms are subject to change and it will be the editors' responsibility to keep themselves informed of any updates.
